  1. Data voluntarily provided when registering an account, filling out a profile, submitting a merchant application, or posting reviews.

  2. Transaction details when you join group-buying deals, purchase products, or use coupons.

4. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

In accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR, Hokimi processes your data for:

  1. Service delivery and improvement: Creating and managing accounts, personalized recommendations, handling group-buy transactions, customer support, and platform improvements.

Our services are intended for users aged 16 and above. If under 16, you may only use our services with parental/guardian consent. If we inadvertently collect children’s data, we will promptly delete it.
